The fabrics used in making of our covers vary in thickness and pliability. Because of that, our indicated cover measurements are based on the distance at the center line of the cover from one inside seam to the opposite one.

I measured the pillow cover from corner to corner and it seems to be smaller that the size ordered.

Pillow covers are measured from inside, seam to seam for the most accurate measurement. To measure, turn the pillow cover inside out, lay on the flat surface and measure, using flexible tape, the distance at the center line of the cover from one seam to the opposite one.

How do I measure my existing pillow cover?

To measure a removable pillow cover: Remove the pillow cover from the insert. Turn the pillow cover inside out, lay on the flat surface and measure, using flexible tape, the distance at the center line of the cover from one seam to the opposite one (length + width). Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all our products are custom made-to-order from a limited fabric supply on hand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as stated in our shop's policies. Any items returned to us will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued. We recommend ordering a fabric swatch so you can see and feel how your new pillow cover will fit in your space. We offer free complimentary shipping on all fabric swatches/samples.
