Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products due to health and hygiene reasons, as the goods cannot be reused. HOWEVER, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any issues with your order. We MAY AGREE to a return or refund in certain cases, so please contact us immediately after receiving your package if there are any problems

We always ship products within 1-5 business days. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery time, as it depends on the shipping method and carrier you choose. We have no control over the carrier's processing time. If you're under time constraints or live in an area where package theft is common, please choose an upgraded, insured shipping method at checkout. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages (both domestic and international), package damage during delivery, or delivery delays.

All of our jewelry findings are lead-free, nickel-free, and completely hypoallergenic. However, if you still have allergy concerns or have very sensitive ears, we offer resin ear wires for some designs (though not all). Please let us know if you need this option before placing your order—there’s no additional charge :-)

We are based in the USA. Our brand, Shop 'Bling' and Design, means you shop for the bling, and we design the bling! We source beautiful beads from around the world and purchase materials from various countries, so you’ll find many unique designs featuring special beads. Most of these designs are available in very limited quantities
