Pets are counted the same as the number of people 🐶
Customized orders different from examples welcome, just let me know your vision! ( Such as La La Land example).

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Write any details you want included (dates, names, outfits, font and flowers) in the Personalization Box.

2. Please send me your picture via Etsy message after purchase.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PICTURE:
In the Etsy app (or website), go to your Purchase History. Find the order and click "Help with order" then "Message Seller". This creates a conversation through Etsy and you can send me the pictures that way. Please use photos with clear features, good lighting, no filters.

3. Two revisions are included in the order, one at the sketch stage and one at the color stage. Once the portrait is approved, it will be printed and sent to you by USPS Tracked Mail (up to 7 working days shipping time).

Please Note:
If I don't hear back from you within 3 days after the color version has been sent to you, the design will be considered finalized and the item will be shipped out as it is. It is non-refundable after this stage.

For Digital Only Orders:

The standard file is Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) at 300dpi, allowing you to use it in a variety of ways. If there is a custom size you would like, please include it in the ‘personalization details’

Once the portrait is approved, a link to the final file for printing will be sent to you by Etsy message. Due to limited drive space, it's recommended you download your files and keep them somewhere safe within 1 month of receiving them!
