All of our product wipe clean with gentle soap and water. Please do NOT put in dishwasher, oven or microwave. Planters and cache pots have a clear coat of water resistant glazing. Do not damage the glazing or your piece will not be able to hold water. No replacements or refunds

We have many wrapping papers and ribbons. If you indicate that your item is a gift, please message us some colors or details you would like. There is a additional charge for this service.

We will include care instructions for each plant with your receipt.
For all planters, pots; There is a clear heavy glazing that makes your piece waterproof. If that clear glazed is cracked or chipped, your piece will not hold water anymore. Each one of these pots is handmade, no two are alike- we cant replace it. So please treat them as if they where treasures. Do not use metal tools on them, do not drop them or bang them against anything. We do give refunds or replacements for these items only if they arrive damaged, you have 14 days.

Plants, we have no control over the USPS and delays and outages. Please make sure you know your mailperson. No refunds, replacements or exchanges. Plants all sales are FINAL.
Pots and planters, refunds only if damage is caused by delivery. We need 4 photos and filed within 14 days. Otherwise we do not replace/refund if over 14 days and not responsible for misuse and owners damaging the artwork.

All Plant sales are FINAL. We do not exchange, replace or refund plants. Please do your research on the plant you are interested in BEFORE PURCHASING. We are not a commercial nursery. We sell plants from our own backyard to the public.
