Got this for a birthday gift and I'm not able to give it to her because the colors don't look anything like her dog. Fast shipping but it seems they prioritized that over getting the design right after trying to work with them on it. Couldn't seem to get the colors correct unfortunately, and when I wanted to adjust the colors again they said they'd correct them when it was embroidered. Just got it in the mail the colors were even worse and the hat quality is cheap.

Good Evening Eric, We apologize that you were unhappy with your order but you placed your order on April 5th & our team messaged you for your approval on April 6,8th,10th,12, and finally on April 13th when we did not hear back from you we went ahead & completed your order as promised. This is the very reason we ask customers to respond and approve before we begin embroidery.
