Is Discounted shipping available?

Yes you will receive combined shipping if you put all items on the same order shipping to the same address.

Can you get different colors?

Yes almost all of our items can be made in different color combos.

Are any of the items ready to ship?

We do have some items that are "in stock" but most are made to order due to the color, personalization and length options available. Message us prior to purchase and we will let you know how long your item will take to ship out. Include your location and we can give you a general delivery timeframe too.

Can we call or text you?

Per platform policy to ensure buyer/seller protection, we do not communicate outside of the Etsy platform. If you'd like to get in contact with us please contact us through the Etsy messaging system. Requests for phone calls/texts will be disregarded.

How do I customize the name that I need?

Please select the amount of letters in the name needed on your banner from the drop down menu during checkout for the correct pricing. Yes, the drop down menu is for the amount of letters in the name ONLY. If you are purchasing a "Future Mrs" or "Soon to Be Mrs" type of banner only select the number of letters in the new last name needed. Same goes for a "baby so and so" banner, only select the number of letters in the actual name part. Please leave the first or last name you would like the banner to read in the notes to "Anyoccasionbanners" section or personalization box during checkout along with all additional, color, event date information!

This custom banner can be made in your color choices. WE can create it for any wording that you need. Baby shower, graduation, birthday, anniversary, and more.
Each card stock flag is either 4x5 inch or 5x7 inch. We permanently attach the card stock letters to the flags. We use matching ribbon to string the banners together. You are selecting the number of flags for the wording needed. Each flag will have a single letter. So if you want the wording "CONGRATS" "GRAD" you would select 12 flags. Message us if you need any assistance.

All banners are made to order and are ready to send out 2-4 business days after purchase. Delivery times vary on location.

Here’s how to order.

Simply select the number of flags that you need for the wording that you need. You choose the flag color, letters and ribbon.
Choose the following:
the sample banner has:
1- flag color- black and metallic gold is shown
2- letter color- white is shown
3- ribbon color- white

We've also shown this banner with the gold and royal blue flags and white letters for the other banner. Also shown are :
-gold and dark purple flags with white letters
-red flags with white letters
-forest flags with metallic gold letters

Please note that colors may differ on an each monitor. If you are not sure about which colors to choose message me with your school and I’ll be happy to help. Metallic gold is WAY different than golden yellow so please be specific or ask us what we'd suggest prior to purchase. We do not offer and copyrighted logos.
