Once you order your book on our shop on Etsy, you will receive a confirmation email.

If all the complusory options are entered, our printhouse start printing your book. You will receive another email from Hooray Heroes with your order number and the invoice.

If you want to make any changes in the options, please write to us on Etsy or within the 24h following your order at hello@hoorayheroes.com

Please note that if your book is already being printed, we will not be able to make any changes.

Our books are personalized and are therefore unique. We print them on demand in one of our 7 printhouses in the USA.
The production time lasts around 3-5 working days (printing, drying, quality service checking) and is then shipped with the delivery option you will have selected.

Our books are fully personalized and offer you a great experience. To do so, write the parameters you want to order for each option, following the table of colours and physical options.

Genders, skintones, shapes of eyes, eye colors, hair style and hair color are indeed compulsory. If one option is missing, we won't be able to place your order.
The dedication is the only parameter that is optional (maximum 250 characters).

Absolutely! If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, all you need to do is contact us by the end of the day on which you placed your order. You can reach out to us via email at hello@hoorayheroes.com or on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

Once your book enters the printing process, however, additional changes or cancellations are no longer possible as every book is unique and created on-demand according to customers’ individual specifications.

Our personalized books are made for kids and have an adapted size for them. The high quality paper and the premium inks make them strong enough to resist to any kid's enthusiasm.

We ship our books everywhere in the United States except the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the American Samoa.

Please note that deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer than in other US States.
