Plasma CNC plotter, cheap and professional - read the description

I present to you the project of a plasma plotter. The plotter has a work table with dimensions of 1225mm x 2120mm, so we can easily place the entire sheet of metal. The working area is 1220 x 1900mm x 105mm. Of course, the working area can be easily enlarged by extending or widening the frame with linear guides. The X and Y axes are based on linear guides supported by fi 16, and the Z axis on guides supported by fi 12. The torque of the motors is transmitted using toothed racks with a module of 1.5. On the Z axis, the movement is carried out by a trapezoidal screw. For comfortable use, the plotter is also equipped with a floating axis. The drive here is Nema23 or Nema24 stepper motors.
The project contains all 2D files in DXF format prepared for cutting, and details that require bending are included in STP files.
To make it easier to assemble all the necessary parts, the spreadsheet presents all DXF details and individual parts (screws, nuts, guides, bearings, rivet nuts, sensors).
I recommend burning the details on a laser and bending them on a press brake. The details are made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1, 2, 3 and 4 mm.
The details are spot welded in prepared points (sockets) so that the weld is not visible and the entire machine not only works comfortably but also looks good.
I also attach the entire 3D design in stp format to the set so that in case of doubts during construction, you can measure the specific dimension needed or see how the machine is built.
