Came fast & perfect for my welcome bags

Unfortunately, I never received my personalized canvas bags, which were intended to be gifts for my wedding guests. I reached out to the seller multiple times for updates on my order but did not receive any response until I escalated the issue through Etsy Help Center. I did ultimately receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to including these in my wedding. My biggest suggestion would simply be to communicate with customers regarding the status of their orders. I never like leaving negative reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences.
