Hard to write this about a product that is so well made and loved by the recipient of it as a gift. The amount of time spent communicating about the order and getting it properly shipped was too much. As a seller, advice is to learn how to sell what you can handle producing, shipping in a timely manner and managing orders in a better way. Obviously skilled but more reviews like this are going to hurt your business.

I am currently waiting for a refund on my second order. Etsy had to refund my first order. I never received the product. Extremely dissatisfied.
