Items are shipped out within 48 hours of cleared payment and an email will be sent via Etsy to notify you of dispatch. This time frame does not include made-to-order items, which state individually on the listing how long you can expect to wait for the item to be made and shipped.

My standard shipping method for needle felts is 2nd class, recorded delivery via Royal Mail. There is, however, an option to upgrade to 1st class or next day delivery during checkout.

Prints and cards do not require a signature, however all needle-felted items, due to their labour-intensive production, are sent by recorded delivery within the UK, requiring a signature upon arrival. If you are unable to sign for the parcel, or would prefer cheaper shipping, please contact me before purchasing, so that I can alter the listing for you, however please be aware that without recorded delivery, I cannot offer a refund or replacement if the item is lost in the post.

International buyers:
All import taxes/customs that may occur are the responsibility of the buyer.
