This necklace is super cute for any boho girls who want an accessory you can wear anywhere and suits every outfit. Morgan has been outstanding with her communication and solving the problem immediately when my item didn’t arrive by the designated time. She immediately went to Australia Post who made the mistake by not scanning her package into the system despite the fact she sent it by registered post. Morgan did everything right and was not at fault for Australia Post’s mistake and poor handling of the matter. She took full responsibility for the item even though it wasn’t her fault. The item has now finally arrived and it is just as described. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would purchase from her again.
