The delivery date didn't quite match the estimated date, which customer services were very hot on, so hence one star missing from the delivery aspect. Nevertheless, it was only by a couple of days, so no big deal. The item itself is lovely. Heavy, well crafted and well finished. My only disappointment is that I don't seem to have screws supplied and there isn't any indication of the size of screw required, so it will be a bit of a task to find correct ones.

The kit was well packed. Embroidery thread colors are beautiful and true colors. Directions were well written and easy to understand. I wished they would have packed an Embroidery needle also.
