The shipping cost was outrageous. Additionally it was sent by registered mail without advance notice. I was on vacation when it first arrived so I had difficulty getting it as I had to sign for it. Shipper should clearly state signature required and not use the most expensive shipping method.

We use a track and signed service for international orders so that when it goes from Royal Mail to USPS you can keep track of your order by the tracking details sent to you.
