Custom and personalized orders

I accept individual orders. If you need a similar toy that is in my store, but in a different color, contact me in a personal message. The time for making each toy depends on availability of materials. So it will take from 14 to 21 days! But I do my best to make each order as fast as possible and ship to you even faster than it is specified in shipping details! Please contact me for details. MADE TO ORDER: This toy is made to order. Gift wrapping and packaging

Before packing, I put the goods in a plastic bag, so that the goods do not get wet on the way. Then my toys will be carefully packed in a cardboard box and a paper gift bag in order to protect them during the journey. If you need gift wrapping please let me know about

INTERNATIONAL Customers: Shipping time frame varies depending where you are. I try my very best to ship orders out as soon as possible but please understand that once the package leaves my hands, I can't do anything about it. Delivery time frames are out of our control. International orders may have a duty that is due when your order arrives depending on the country. That is your responsibility. We have no control over who may be charged a duty tax and what that might be. Orders get marked "gift" on the customs form. Buyers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes, duties, and custom charges that are associated with shipping to their respective countries. We can not be responsible delays caused during Custom Inspection or Postal carri

Is your address current? Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you, I will send items to the address provided by ETSY. I can not be held responsible for mail delays or orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses. ✔ If your package was returned to me as unclaimed (or customer placed incorrect address) - customer pays for second time shipping. No refund in this case.

All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Ukraine. Shipping times vary depending on your countries delivery system and how long it takes to go through customs. We cannot guarantee the shipping time frame with any international order.

Custom Fees and Duties

Please be aware, all custom fees and any duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all unexpected customs charges. Customs charges are not included in your shipping cost. It is up to you - to check on these fees.

We can not be responsible for lost packages during Custom Inspection or Postal carrier error.

Returns and exchange details

You are not pleased with items: If you are not satisfied with your items/service for any reason, please contact us with the problem before leaving a feedback. Please contact the seller within 3 days if you have any problems with your order Returns and exchanges - within 14 days you can send the parcel back to the seller The parcel is sent with a track number that can be tracked. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Payment for the goods will be returned after receiving the parcel seller back if an item is returned in original condition. If the buyer did not pick up his package when it arrived - Payment for the goods will be returned after receiving parcel

Shipping before holidays:

INTERNATIONAL Customers WARNING! In a pre-holiday (Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Ester etc.) Weeks local customs (both of Ukraine and Your country) may be overloaded and the delivery time may become longer than usual. Before Christmas the delivery time growing up for all countries, because the post offices are very busy. After December 3 I can not guarantee, that your purchase will be delivered earlier than Christmas.
