Please let us know any personalisation i.e. initials to be stamped, colours, charms choices, chain choices, personalisation for the display cards in the 'Personalisation Box' on each listing

Do you offer faster shipping/internationally tracked shipping?

Yes. Please either add to your basket from our P&P section or upgrade in the checkout

Do you combine shipping for multiple purchase?

Yes, shipping is combined if all items are processed in one transaction to one delivery address at one time. Additional delivery locations all need individual shipping payments.

HOW • TO • ORDER

• Use the dropdown menu to let me know if you would like the finish in aluminium or brass

• Let me know the information you would like engraved (including any symbol) in the 'Personalisation Text Box' when you place your order

• Depending on the stethoscope, the ID tag can either be placed on the tubing by removing the bell or on the headset by removing the ear tube.

• Every piece is handmade by me with love in my small workshop in South Wales

• All pieces are custom made just for you and shipped from the UK. My turnaround time is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday), this may change during peak times (please check my homepage & Shipping Policy for any changes)

• Once shipped, UK orders are shipped 2nd class and International orders are sent 'Standard' (please see my Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times once dispatched)

• Rush my Order: Upgrade to 'Rush my Order' in the checkout to have your order prioritised and shipped within 2 working days (This upgrade speeds up manufacture but not shipping estimates)
