I offer handmade items exclusively in my shop, allowing modifications such as material color (at no extra cost), size adjustments, variations in hair accessory attachments (complimentary), and changes in earring fastening types (at no additional charge). Get in touch, and we'll swiftly discuss and accommodate your desired alterations.

Avoid contact with water, store accessories in a dry and shaded place to preserve their quality.

Are the packages packed securely?

Your order will be carefully packed in two separate boxes: one for gifting and another for transportation. Rest assured, our packaging ensures utmost protection for your items during shipment. You can rely on the secure packing of your parcels without any concerns.

Can I return accessory if it does not fit me

If you wish to return your order, please contact me within three days of receiving it and ensure it's shipped back within two weeks. The items must be securely packaged and undamaged. You'll be responsible for all return shipping costs to Poland. Upon receiving the returned parcel, a refund will be issued, deducting the initial delivery cost to your country, as well as Etsy and PayPal fees.
