5 out of 5 starsThe shade itself is very nice. However, I had to contact customer service multiple times, & it was like pulling teeth. If you’re sure this shade will work for your lamp base it’s a great shade. Just beware if you need to do a return it’s doubtful it will happen even though it states returns are excepted.

The shades arrived very quickly. They were beautifully packed, several layers of protection, boxes specifically designed for the shades. The striped shades are lovely, very well made. Very pleased, highly recommend this seller.
