We are happy to accept returns or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. You do not need a new transaction to make an exchange unless the new item is considerably more expensive. Please let me know what item you'd like to exchange for so I can hold it for you. For returns please contact me to let me know it is on its way back. Return it to the same address on the package. Feel free to reuse the package it came in by taping it back up, but you are free to use any shipping method you'd like. Please make sure your name is somewhere on or in the package so I can better locate your order in the system. Please do reach out with any questions :)

All items in my shop are vintage, meaning they are at least 20 years old. Some still have the original tags and never worn, and some have been well worn and loved for many years. Although I take great care in finding quality pieces, vintage is never 100% perfect. Small imperfections may be found on the items, and will always be mentioned in the item details section. If you receive an item and it has a flaw we missed, please let us know! We would NEVER intentionally send out an item we knew was damaged without mention.

Imperfections may include, but are not limited to:
Discoloration and fading
Small stains
Small tears or holes
Missing original tags
General distressing and wear

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Once it has entered your postal area, domestic or international, there is nothing I can do to find the package. Any questions on this matter need to be taken up with your local post office. I ship mostly priority mail so most have insurance on the package for your protection so you can open a claim with USPS. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once the package has left the U.S. Postal system, I have no way of tracking it in your country. Please reach out if there was shipping mistake on my part, the item is still in "Pre-Transit" after an extended amount of time, or you did not receive a tracking number.

Vintage Sizing is VERY different from modern sizing. I provide exact measurements, sizing charts, a video in the jeans listings, and my advice any time to help you make sure you are choosing the correct size. The size listed on the item is NOT the original tag size. It is my estimation of its modern size based on modern sizing charts. Please reach out anytime with sizing questions!
