Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can IF its within 24 hours of purchasing. After 24 hours there is no cancellation or returns.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, but only if contacted within 3 days of arrival. Exchanges as made for the exact item different size. You can not choose different product. Also you would have to send item to us before any exchange can happen. return cost is up to the buyer not the seller. Item must be received in pristine like new condition. Always communicate with me through messaging if you have questions.

I need item by a certain date, can it be done by that time?

When purchasing an item Etsy will give you a estimated time of delivery based on the time it takes us to make the item then pack and ship and travel time. Also before purchasing item the listing states the arrival estimate. If the date you need the item by in NOT in the estimated time of delivery, then it will likely will NOT be delivered at that date.

My order was delayed. Why?

Doesn't happen often, but problems can creep up. When there is a delay in shipping we update the order to show the new dates that way your always informed of the shipping of you item(s). This in turn sends you a message stating the changes. Problems that arise can be low supply on materials, drying of designs on items taking a bit longer, or USPS/carrier not arriving on time to pick up packages.

Are your items EMBROIDERED?

No, all our items are screen printed. If we DO carry any items with embroidery, then it will be specified in the title and description.

I bought an item thinking it was embroidered! Can I return it?

I'm very sorry, but no. Item clearly states in the description that its NOT embroidered. Also in the pictures There is a picture of the description of the item and it also states it is not embroidered. So no, unfortunately this is not a valid return reason as its been stipulated multiple places.
