Czech Art Deco Brooch: Lapis Blue Glass, Cut Steel Detail.

A gorgeous large Lapis color cabachon glass stone sits in this floral surround setting, the leaves in 2's on the 4 sides are like bees perched on the flower bed..with their heads as tiny circles on the surround. In excellent condition with faceted Cut steels on four sides fitted into their hollow spaces. Vintage 1930s, is this a Neiger brooch?
