All apparel listings have relevant size charts posted in the pictures. Please refer to those when determining sizing for each item. The best way to determine your size is to lay out your favorite fitting shirt and measure it with a tape measure across the chest from underarm-to-underarm, and from top-to-bottom, then compare it to the size chart's measurements in the listing pictures. Due to the made-to-order nature of the item, we are unable to replace, return, or exchange apparel for a different size, so please make sure to measure or reach out with any questions prior to ordering. I try my best to provide customers with an accurate or best representation for each fabric color option that an item is available in. Depending on the fabric color of the fibers that the ink blends into, the design may appear less bright or vibrant in real life as compared to the listing images. Please keep in mind that there may be color variances in the design or fabric due to variances in phone screens and computer monitors. I cannot guarantee that the actual color will be exactly the same as what is shown in your monitor display.

All shirts and sweatshirts can be machine washed on cold, inside out is best, and tumble dried on low, or you may choose to hang dry the garment. Do not use fabric softeners and only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary. Do not dry clean. If necessary, iron on a cool, low heat taking care to avoid the decoration/design.

Gift wrapping, gift packaging, and gift messages

Gift wrapping and gift packaging are unfortunately not available at this time. If you would like to include a complementary gift message, this option is available at checkout. For no additional cost, you can choose to add a sweet message for your gift recipient and it will be printed on a small card accompanying your item. Although we welcome including gift messages, we cannot guarantee our complementary gift message cards will be shipped with every request due to availability and adherence to our quick turn around times. — Generally, orders ship within 2 to 7 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking info once shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship separately. We utilize multiple carriers, and the general shipping timeline is 2 to 5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & unincorporated US territories may take an additional 7 to 12 days. — During high-volume or holiday seasons, processing or shipping may exceed this timeline. Ordering a gift to ship to a recipient

When ordering an item as a gift to ship directly to your recipient, please double-check the address before ordering, as cancellations and changes are not possible due to the custom made-to-order nature of the item and quick production turnaround times. Incorrect addresses or failed deliveries would require re-purchasing the item again as redirecting a package is not an available option.

Something went wrong with my order

If something isn't right with your order when you receive it, I would be delighted to help. Before leaving your review, simply message me and I'm more than happy to look into your defect/damage issue (e.g., print issue or stain), or your sizing issue if it is not as shown in the listing's size chart, and help to correct it. I'd love the chance to fix any mistake that we might have made. More specifically, the customer is responsible for inspecting the item(s) within a timely manner of receiving the package and messaging me about any flaws, print or ink issues, or any defects that may appear. The item will be replaced (or refunded if preferred) upon the customer providing me a photo for the print shop to review and approve.
