You can print at home or professionally at a printing shop such as STAPLES, FedEx, etc. I recommend printing on heavy card stock for smaller sizes (wedding card, invitations, etc). My personal favorite is 100lb - 130lb white card stock. If you are looking to print a poster size for welcome signs, I would recommend matte white foam board.
