Where should I print my digital art?

We recommended using professional online printing services with fine art matte paper. Using your home printer can result in variable colors and unreliable quality. We do not provide any technical support for at-home or professional printing online services. Please contact the specific company for technical support.

What type of paper should I choose?

remium archival fine art matte or velvet paper with a smooth surface or a light texture (watercolor, linen, or canvas) will result in the most beautiful high quality prints. A heavyweight matte photo paper is a good budget friendly choice.

Is my purchased art available for commercial use?

All Pink Sky prints are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. All digital print downloads available for purchase on Pink Sky Print Co. are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. These digital prints are for personal use only and may not be edited, reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes for any reason.

Do you sell frames or recommend frame shops?

The frames used in our product photography are for reference and inspiration only. We do not sell physical prints or frames at this time. However, many of the recommended print shops recommended also offer framing.

Where can I find my download notification/email or Etsy receipt?

If you don’t see your notification email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, please make sure to check your Social and Promotions tabs. Try searching “transaction@etsy.com" and make sure to add this address to your contacts for future use.

Can I access my digital purchase from my Etsy account?

Yes. Simply sign into etsy.com from your browser (Safari, Chrome, Bing, etc) and log in to your Etsy account. From the “Purchase and Reviews” tab, choose the “Download Files” button. Next to your order, you will see either a “Download Files” Button or a grey arrow to the right of the order. Click on one of these and you will be redirected to the “Downloads” page. Important note: At this time, you cannot access your downloadable purchases through the Etsy App. You must access these files through a web browser. If your payment is still processing, the “Download Files” button will not be accessible.

What happens when I purchase digital art as a guest?

If you do not have an Etsy account and purchased an instant digital download as a guest, please locate your receipt email from Etsy (transaction@etsy.com ) that was sent immediately after your purchase. In that email, you’ll find a link to download your files.

Important note when using Apple Pay:

Do not choose "Hide My Email”. While this creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private, you will not receive the Etsy mail receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it will be sent to the randomly created email address.
