All items are hand stamped by me...one letter at a time. Items are NOT engraved by a machine. There will be differences in spacing and impression depth. That makes each item a true one-of-a-kind keepsake.

For personalized items, please message me first if you have an especially long request so that I can make sure that it will fit.

Include your personalization information and any special instructions during checkout in the "note to seller."

Personalization is limited to single-sided stamping, unless expressly stated in listing.

Ordering the correct size or length of jewelry is your responsibility.

(Bracelet size refers to the end-to-end bracelet length, not your wrist measurement.)

If the size or length of your item is incorrect, I will happily re-size for a small fee, and shipping will be covered by the buyer.

Lost Packages:
Use your tracking number to check the status of your package. If your tracking information has stopped updating, please contact me and we will discuss filing a lost package claim with the USPS. Parcels declared "lost" by the USPS will be replaced with the exact item only.


Damaged Packages:
Please contact me immediately if your package arrives damaged. Photos that clearly show the extent of damage to both the packaging and the contents are necessary in order to file a claim with USPS. Please hang onto all packing materials and items until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later.

Production Turnaround Time refers to the time it takes for me to create your keepsake items before shipping. Orders are done on a first come, first served basis. Production Turnaround Time does not include shipping time in transit.

Current Production Turnaround Times are also included on your receipt after purchase.

For personalized items and custom orders, all sales are FINAL - no refunds or exchanges. If there is an error on my part, please contact me immediately and send me a photo of the error so that I can make it right.

Each letter, number and design is stamped by hand, by me, one at a time, with a hammer and steel stamp creating an impression. The impression displaces the metal which can result in markings on the reverse side.

Each item is made to order and not engraved by a machine. When purchasing, you agree that reasonable variations are to be expected and contribute to the unique quality of a handcrafted handstamped piece.

Letters rarely line up completely straight or perfectly. It's part of the charm of hand stamped pieces. If you are extremely picky, this is NOT the jewelry for you.

Personalization notes are not read until order is processed. Personalized orders are non-returnable unless I have made an error.
