I add this fermented rye malt to my semolina-rye-bread flour recipe. The semolina adds a robust texture. The rye malt enhances the rye flour part. The ground Caraway seeds provide that great pumpernickel taste. The Chain Baker on YouTube told us about the rye malt and what the package would look like. That made it less stressful to buy something with different packaging.
