Absolutely! Most of our pieces are made to order and customisable. Simply leave your personalisation details in the box at checkout—we’ll take care of the rest.

Where are your products printed?

Our production teams are based in Australia, the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe. We always endeavour to print your order as close to you as possible for quicker delivery and fewer delays. Please note: our Comfort Colors range is exclusively printed in Australia, the USA, and the UK.

How long will my order take to ship?

Our current processing time is 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via Etsy. Shipping time depends on your location, but we’ll keep you updated throughout.

Can I get my order faster with express shipping?

We can often help with rush orders—just message us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can I see a preview of my custom design before it’s made?

We don’t typically send mockups unless requested, but we’re happy to provide one—just mention it in the order notes or send us a message.

What if I made a mistake in my personalisation?

No worries—just message us as soon as possible! If your item hasn’t gone to print yet, we can usually make the correction.

Can you print a completely custom design or logo?

Yes! If you have a logo, event design, or completely custom idea in mind, send it through—we love bringing unique ideas to life. Bulk orders welcome.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! We offer free gift messages on t-shirts and sweatshirts only. Just add your message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order. Please note: we don’t offer gift wrapping at this time.

My item arrived and something’s wrong—what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please message us within 48 hours of receiving your item with a clear photo and description. We'll make it right.

**Product Information**

Here at Maddy & George designs we use Gildan tees which are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton, this t-shirt offers both comfort and durability. The fabric is breathable and soft to the touch, making it a popular choice for everyday wear.

Solid colours - 100% cotton
Heather Colours - 50% cotton + 50% polyester

**Size**

Please note that all sizes are UNISEX - refer to our product photos for the Size Chart

To achieve the oversized look we would recommend choosing a size or two above, alternatively if you would like a ‘fitted’ look please consider sizing down.

**Care Instructions**

Machine wash: warm - Please ensure the tee is inside out
We recommend line drying or flat drying your tee to extend the life of your shirt.
Tumble dry: low
Do not bleach
Do not dry clean
Do not iron on design

**Shipping**

Production of your tee will take between 3-5 business
Please allow 3 -7 business days for shipping within Australia and New Zealand, and 10-30 days for international orders.
