Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately gift wrapping or special packaging is not available at this time. I am however able to include a handwritten note inside of the package.

Packaging and shipping

Estimated shipping and delivery times can be found on the product pages. All orders will be packaged in recycled cardboard boxes that fit in a regular mailbox. The boxes will be filled with recycled filling paper to minimalise possible damage during transport. All orders will receive an automated message with tracking link when I ship them out. Do you need an order before the estimated arrival date? Message me beforehand and we might be able to work something out.

Process and shipping times

You can check on the item page what the estimated delivery time for your area would be. My current processing times are 1-7 workdays for most of my products. Please note that once I dropped off your package at the shipping company, I do not have any control over delivery or any delays. Estimated delivery time can sometimes be incorrect due to custom delays. Do you need an order before the estimated arrival date? Message me and we might be able to work something out.

Custom and personalized orders

I accept custom and personalized orders. You can use the 'Request custom order' button on my shop page to inquire about possibilities and pricing. For example, I can turn any of my existing earring charms into a necklace, make custom colors, use different color hardware or design completely new and unique jewelry just for you!

Returns and cancellations

Please note that due to my products being handmade and made-to-order, cancellations are not possible. Due to hygiene concerns, it is not possible to return earring dangles, earring studs or earring hoops. Necklaces can only be returned and refunded in full if the package is completely unopened. Once the package has been opened, there is a loss in value and it is not possible to refund the full amount. Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your order directly on Etsy.

Metal sensitivities \ Allergies

All of the jewelry in the shop is made with polymer clay, a hypoallergenic material. The metal parts of the dangle and hoop earrings are made from (18K gold plated) 316 grade surgical steel. Surgical steel is generally considered hypoallergenic. The hardware of my stud earrings and necklaces are made with regular 304 stainless steel, and therefore not considered hypoallergenic. If you have any questions or concerns about allergies or other sensitivies, please contact me before ordering.

Orders for any customers* in the United States will be send with delivery duty paid, also known as DDP shipping. This means there are no additonal fees upon entry to the country or upon delivery. The price charged during check-out on Etsy is the total cost. *Excluded from DDP are the states Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, will be shipped with DDU.

They are very well made and fit perfectly. They are light and not heavy, very comfortable to wear. I had seen more earrings of this style, but for me these are the prettiest by far. Super happy with my purchase. The shipment took a little while to arrive, to keep in mind in case they are needed for a specific date.
