My order hasn't arrived yet

In the unlikely situation that your order does not arrive when expected, please be patient and leave up to 10 working days (25 working days for non-U.K. addresses) from your due delivery date to allow the parcel to reach you. If it has not arrived after 10 working days please contact me and I can either refund your order or make a replacement to send out to you. Please note: - If a buyer provides an incorrect address which results in a package being lost I cannot offer a refund as it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct postal address is provided. - If a buyer provides an incorrect address which results in a package being returned to myself, the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent postage costs.

I ordered the wrong size and want to return/exchange

Buyers are responsible for the postage and safe return of the item. Please send the parcel via a tracked service and keep receipt for proof of postage. Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to me safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible. Please contact us for the address and any other return/exchange details.

UK orders under £20 are sent with Royal Mail 2nd class. UK orders over £20 are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48. 1st class and Tracked 24/48 upgrades are available at checkout - please note, purchasing an upgrade does not speed up the time it takes to dispatch an item and only how long it takes to move through the postal system. International orders over £10 are sent signed & tracked. Please note some countries only offer signed or tracked postage. Orders are dispatched from my studio Mon-Fri
