Do you make & hand pack your products?

I create the design for my products. I then chose the company I want to fulfill the product (based on my partners, design it, order samples to check for quality and create the listing. When a product is ordered, me, you and my production partner is notified. They create the product and ship it out to you. The product you receive at this point (clothing) will not have the Roger That Missy logo tags, but I do hope to offer that in the future. I am also hoping to offer more personalized packaging such as company tissue paper and offer gift wrapping. If you ever have an issue or question, just contact me and I will get right back to you and answer your questions to the best of my ability. If I don’t have the answer, I will get it for you!

Custom and personalized orders

I can finally say I do! Within the Roger That Missy (RTM) store you can find a plethora of products that offer personalization! TSHIRTS - TShirts should be turned inside out and washed with like colors in the cold water cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Never dry clean or iron directly on the design. COFFEE MUGS: Here is the deal, even if a company says a designed mug is dishwasher safe, I always hand wash the mugs that I really love. I just know that over time the high heat in a dishwasher will ruin the design. It will eventually chip or fade. SWIMSUITS: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Hang to dry. Never use bleach and I would also avoid the dryer as dryers would likely fade the color. SWEATSHIRTS & HOODIES: Turn inside out and wash with like colors in the cold water cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Never dry clean or iron.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you send photos before you ship items?

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our https://www.instagram.com/rogerthatmissy/

Do you offer rush shipping?

We do not offer rush shipping at this time.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours.
