Please refer to the size charts provided in the individual item listings, as different brands that I sell are sized differently. Using a measuring tape and the numbers provided is the best way to ensure you get the fit you want! The Comfort Colors tees run slightly large for women, so keep this in mind if you do not want an oversized fit.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am not able to offer gift wrapping or gift messages with orders at this time, sorry!

Production takes 1-3 business days for most items in my shop. Only after that point will the item be shipped, from there shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 days after production. If you need a shirt by a certain date please order at least 14 days in advance. I CANNOT guarantee shipping by any specific date. Your best option is to order early.

I am unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time due to the made-to-order nature of my items. An item is created only once it is ordered. Creating this way helps reduce production costs and is more sustainable!

Orders with multiple items

If you order multiple items, they will ship as produced and may arrive in separate packages. You can check your Etsy Purchases page in your account for updated tracking on your packages. Reach out to me if you are unable to find it for one of your items and I can provide additional tracking.

Garment printing & quality

T-shirts and crewnecks are direct-to-garment printed. They are not vinyl printed or appliqué. Images on the listings are mockups, you can expect some slight variation in the sizing of the design and the intensity of the colors. For sizes greater than L, the designs may NOT be scaled up proportionally to the shirt dimensions, so they may appear smaller. Comfort Colors shirts in my shop are a vintage/washed quality to both the fabric and designs. Some slight fading is expected over time as you wear and wash the shirt. I use a printing company to print the shirts and ship them to you. If something looks wrong with your item's quality, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right!

I partner with high quality print shops to fulfill all orders. To ensure the best quality is received for each product, orders may be routed to sister print shops in other parts of the US or Canada!

- PRINTING -
Download the files instantly and print them by yourself at home, local print shop or an online printing service.
If you use printing services, it's recommend you upload the images in the original condition and unzipped. Images should not pass any compression software or messenger apps, which would reduce its quality.
If you print at home, it's recommended you print with no auto color correction and using a laser printer for better quality results. These documents will not work well with inkjet printers (inkjet).

- PLEASE NOTE -

This purchase is an instant digital download, no physical product will be shipped and the frame is not included. When printed, colors may vary slightly due to different color monitors and printers. The final print quality will depend on the printer and paper used.
Artwork positioning may vary slightly between different ratios to ensure a perfect fit. You cannot alter or create new works of art from the artwork. This purchase is for PERSONAL USE ONLY and not for resale or redistribution. File sharing or commercial sales is prohibited.
I do not accept cancellation or refunds due to the nature of the product, but if you have any concerns please feel free to reach out.
