| License Agreement |

1. Grant of License: Upon purchasing, Moda Mocks LLC will grant the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the image subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Ownership and Copyright: The image, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the sole and exclusive property of Moda Mocks LLC. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement does not transfer ownership or copyright of the image.

3. Permitted Uses: Buyer is authorized to use the image for personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

- Incorporating the image into marketing materials, advertisements, websites, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Modifying the image, including overlaying your design, resizing, cropping, adding text, or color filters, as necessary to suit the Buyer's needs.

4. Prohibited Uses: Buyer is expressly prohibited from the following:

- Selling, lending, leasing, transferring, assigning, or distributing the image or any derived versions to third parties,
- Using the image in a way that promotes or is related to competing mockup, styling, or photography services, except for promoting Moda Mocks LLC.
- Claiming ownership or copyright of the image or presenting it as the original creation of the Buyer.
- Editing the image or using AI to remove or change elements of the image including but not limited to backgrounds and objects.

By purchasing and using the image, Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
