What happens if my order does not arrive/is lost in the mail?

I understand how frustrating it can be if your order is lost during shipping. Unfortunately, I cannot issue full refunds for items lost by the postal service since it is beyond my control. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

While I cannot provide full refunds for items lost or delayed by the postal service, I’m happy to offer a partial refund. Friendly reminder that the estimated delivery date provided by Etsy may not be accurate. If orders are delayed by 4+ weeks, I can send you a replacement free of charge. Please reach out to me so we can discuss the best solution.

Do you provide tracking for orders/what is my tracking number?

At the moment, all paper orders come untracked, this allows me to keep shipping prices low for my customers. If you’d like to ensure tracking for your order, please upgrade your shipping at checkout.
