Wrap this extra-long, hot/cold healing pack around your neck for a natural way to relieve your aches and pains or just help with relaxation and sleep.

After heating in the microwave for 2 to 2½ minutes, it provides nice therapeutic heat for treating headaches, stress and tension. It can also be used across the tummy, lower back, chest, and more.

Use it cold from the freezer to calm inflammation, treat migraines, or help ease hot flashes.

This neck wrap measures approximately 6”x 30”, has 10 chambers, weighs around 2½ pounds and is made with soft 100% all natural quilt cotton and lined for added comfort.

With seams sewn in both directions, multiple chambers are created that keep the seeds evenly distributed, so that some seeds are always at the back of the neck and not piled up at the ends.

They are filled with white proso millet. Millet is round, smooth, and very malleable.
