Using a soft measuring tape (or string!) measure the entire circumference of your head, beginning just under the chin all the way around to the highest point (crown) of your head (as shown in images). Make sure your mouth is gently closed, with all teeth touching. This measurement will determine the size of your chin strap. If you do not see your size listed, please select the “custom” option and we will make a custom chin strap for you.
