Materials: glove-tanned cowhide leather and The hardware is solid brass, except for strap clasps.
Size: 9” wide X 9” high X 2.5” deep - medium size bag. My iPhone 14 and keys fit with room to spare in the pocket under the flap, and my wallet, a makeup pouch, and a notebook easily fit inside, leaving the inside pocket empty for whatever else you need to carry around.
Condition: A- (very good) used condition. A couple of very light scratches, no staining or scuffing. Bottom corners are in excellent condition. Leather is very strong but supple. There are no odors - and this is a non-smoking house.
Flaws: Original strap was missing so current strap is new. Leather Coach logo hang-tag is missing. There is one small light dot on front near bottom right corner, visible in the first photo.
Strap: Original strap was worn and low-quality (not the original) strap, so it was replaced with a new hand-made, high-quality leather crossbody strap with the same style clasps as the original. Crossbody strap is detachable. It is 5/8” wide and has a drop of 22-24”. There is also the original top-handle strap.
Pockets: One inside slip pocket and a large gusseted pocket on the outside, under the front flap.
Closure: A turn-lock solid brass closure fastens the bag on the front.
Lining: The inside is not lined, it is the suede side of the leather.
Details of refurbishment: In addition to the new strap, the front turn-lock closure is a new Coach turn-lock, a replacement for the original turn-lock, which was broken. The bag was cleaned thoroughly inside and outside, reshaped and treated to two kinds of leather conditioner. Original brass D-rings were cleaned and polished.
Dust bag: A new generic dust bag will be provided.

Comments: This is a practical everyday bag in great condition. You can buy this beauty here or go to Coach’s website and find her there second-hand but restored by Coach for $750. (That’s right: they are now rehabbing some of their most popular old bags and selling them at today’s prices!)
