What if I do not receive my order within the specified delivery time?

If your package is delayed, we apologize for any inconvenience. The carriers can sometimes have delays - especially during the holiday season. On occasions they may even mark your package as "Delivered" days before the package is actually delivered. If that is the case, please give it 1-2 days, if the item does not arrive please contact the carrier to help track your package.

What is your shipping policy?

We aim to provide the best shipping experience. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot offer a refund for orders that have been marked delivered by the carrier, stolen, or lost by the carrier. We understand how frustrating it can be to not receive your order, but once it is in the hands of the carrier, it is out of our control. We recommend that you contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. Unfortunatelly, we do not guarantee delivery dates. What is your cancellation policy for custom items?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, cancellation is not permitted. This policy is due to the personalized nature of the products we offer. We begin processing orders immediately after payment is received, and it is not possible to stop production once we have started. There is no exception to this policy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

What is your policy for Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Lost Orders?

In the event that a customer provides an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address for their order, our company cannot be held responsible for any resulting lost or misplaced packages. Additionally, if we need to resend the package due to the incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees that may be incurred. Please ensure that you double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to avoid any inconvenience or additional fees.

Do you issue refund for custom products?

We regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for personalized items. Once an item has been customized, it cannot be resold to another customer. What if there is color difference in the item received vs what I see online?
