RETURNS: We gladly accept returns on any unpersonalized items within 14 days! To request a return, just send us a message and we will provide return instructions. No returns will be accepted without prior approval, and return shipping is buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in original new condition. EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges because our inventory sells out too quickly to guarantee we'll have the size/color/item you need by the time we receive your exchange. So to "exchange" a product, you'll want to order the new item ASAP while it’s in stock, and then return your original item back to us and we’ll refund it once it arrives! :)

CARE/WASH INSTRUCTIONS

Care instructions are sent with every package. Most tees & Sweatshirts can be machine washed on gentle cycle, inside out, and laid flat to dry. LETTER PATCH Sweatshirts & Tees should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

All of our items come beautifully packaged and ready for gifting! If you are sending directly to the recipient just let us know in the "checkout notes" and we wont send an invoice. We have gorgeous gift notes that we can include in your package, free of charge! Just leave your To, From and Note in the check-out comments, and a sparkly card will be included with your gift package!

• Easy measuring tip: Take your favorite shirt, lay it on a flat surface and measure the width (armpit to armpit) and length (top to bottom)
• Sweatshirts and tshirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink slightly after washing.
