🏒 For t-shirts, hoodies, and any other gifts with a name and number I do not send a preview first, so please make sure to supply the correct details when ordering! I always copy and paste the names and numbers from your message. All customized items are in a CAP font with a 12 character maximum. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. I copy and paste from the order to ensure accuracy.

🏒 All shirts are unisex and fit true to size. Please consult the sizing guide in the photo section for detailed measurements for each listing. For non-apparel items, size details are provided within the listing description. Kindly note that refunds or exchanges are not offered for incorrect size selections.

🏒 All clothing items should be washed cold INSIDE OUT and on a DELICATE washing cycle. Lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron. This is to protect the quality of the design on your shirt or sweatshirt! Failure to follow these instructions could result (although very rare) in the design on your item to flake off. These instructions are posted on every listing photo, listing description, and in my FAQ. World of De Lu Lu is NOT responsible for customer's failure to follow these instructions. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given because of this. - Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle - Dry on low heat setting - Do not bleach - Do not dry clean - Do not iron directly on design
