At this moment, we do not offer any customization options for our items.

As we would like to reduce our carbon footprint, you might find us re-using some of the packaging materials to mail your items. However, if you would like the item(s) to be wrapped with tissue paper, please indicate it on the note.

Most items indicate that they are safe to be washed in the dishwasher, however, we recommend that you hand wash your items to keep its' longevity.

Flat items such as prints and stickers ship via letter mail by default WILL NOT come with tracking. Otherwise, most items will have a tracking number attached (for CANADA and USA). If international, please choose the option with tracking number if you would like a tracking number with your delivery. Please note, we the seller are not responsible for any lost mail.

As we are a small independent business, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your item, please contact us first so we can come up with a resolution together.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
