Are your files editable?

I create and send all files ready to print. This means you cannot edit the file on your part. You must submit your information with your order. This is not optional.

How long does it take to receive my digital file? How long before an item ships? Revisions?

Digital files on single items are currently sent in 2 business days or less. (Excludes weekends). Print orders typically ship in 2-3 days.(Excludes Sundays). Larger orders require additional time. Requested revisions are sent in 1 business day (excludes weekends). You must reply to the message the file was sent from with changes.

How do I submit my information for personalization?

If you forgot to submit it when you ordered, you may send via Etsy convo or by email to LMCreativeInnovations@gmail.com

There are NO REFUNDS if the digital file has been sent to you or if you have downloaded an instant download file. You may ask for a refund before you have received or downloaded a file. Typically, this must be done immediately. Print orders may be refunded before proof approval only. Charms are accepted for return as long as they are in the original condition. Once the package has been returned and inspected, a refund will be granted (minus all shipping fees, this includes return shipping).

I know other Etsy shops that will provide what I need, why are you not the same?

ETSY Shops are independently operated. Practices of other vendors will not persuade me to operate differently, please do not ask or give unsolicited information about what another seller is doing. Feel free to utilize the vendor that offers what you need.

What labels should I buy for a digital file?

I recommend printing on full label sheets. There are far too many brands to format the labels to any specific one.

Do you offer Bulk Pricing on charms?

No. I am a charm retailer. I do not offer wholesale or discounts on charms. Also, proprietary information will not be shared for any item.
