- This product is not refundable

- Please read all specifications before purchasing. If you have any questions about the design, material or size please contact us. Disagreement with these reasons does not qualify for a return.

- This is a handmade product, so each item is unique and may have small variations in color or size.

- Cancellations are accepted at any time before the product is shipped or the tracking number is sent.

- LOST or DAMAGED packages: If your package appears delivered but was not received, if it was delivered to a different address or if your package was received with damage to the packaging and is broken, you must contact USPS (your package is insured by them). If your package costs more than $100, additionally contact us.

You must complete the Help Request Form at the following link:
https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm , In the section where they ask you for sender information, select: "You do not know the information" (This information is not necessary in prepaid labels since USPS already has this information). USPS will contact you, please follow their instructions.

- Product DETACHED or DISASSEMBLED: In the event that your product is detached, disassembled or has a manufacturing error, it must be reported 24 hours after delivery of the package (after this time it will be considered damage due to mishandling by the user) and you will receive a free return label, as soon as the package is received back, a refund will be issued.

If the incident is reported after 24 hours, the customer must purchase the return label upon approval from the seller, to receive the refund.

- CUSTOM ORDERS OR DESIGN CHANGES: It is possible to make changes to the findings, such as changing the color between gold or silver, or type of earrings, length of chains, removing or adding charms. For this, the request must be made through a message to know if customization is possible.

After the customization is approved, it MUST be specified in the NOTES section at the time of your purchase, otherwise your purchase will not show your requirement and you will receive your order without the customization.

If you do not receive the customization, you can request a refund by returning the product for which you must purchase a return label.

-OVERDUE Orders: If your order is outside the processing window, you can request an immediate refund at any time before shipping via a message to the seller. Unfortunately we depend on suppliers who may have delays and although we are working to improve this problem it may happen, in these cases you will receive an update of a new delivery date as soon as your package is ready for shipping. The non-refund requirement will be assumed as acceptance of the new delivery date.
