SHIPPING:
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with most orders typically shipped within 1 day.
While the majority of deliveries arrive at your location within 3 to 5 business days, please note that in rare instances,
there may be occasional delays that extend the delivery time up to 7 days. These delays could occur due to unforeseen logistic issues or other external factors beyond our control.

For international orders, the estimated delivery time is typically 7-12 days. However, it is important to note that this timeframe may vary depending on the customs regulations in each country.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot deliver orders to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and Puerto Rico. For residents of these areas, we are actively working towards revising this policy in the future and will keep you informed of any updates.

PACKAGING:
To ensure the safety of your prints, they are carefully rolled and securely packaged in sturdy tube containers. We have taken great care in selecting the most protective method for handling and delivering your order.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:
We work with reliable shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The choice of carrier for your order is based on various factors, including shipping address, size, and weight of the order.

TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing information about the delivery method and tracking details.

Returns/Exchanges:
As each print is made on a per-order basis, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items ordered in the wrong item or size. We kindly ask you to carefully review your order before placing it. However, if you receive an item or size that does not match what you ordered, please send us a message, and we will be more than happy to replace the item at no additional cost if the error was on our part. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to rectify any mistakes or discrepancies to ensure you receive the correct item.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up-to-date. Customers are responsible for any typos, incorrect addresses, or missing unit numbers that are not entered correctly in their Etsy Account's shipping address. In the event that a package is lost or undelivered due to a customer's mistake, we cannot be held liable and will not be able to offer refunds. Therefore, it is vital to double-check and enter the shipping address correctly to avoid any potential delivery issues or delays.

Lost Packages:
All packages are shipped with a tracking number for added security. While it is rare for packages to be lost, please note that once the package is in transit, we are not responsible for any potential losses. The tracking number allows you to monitor the status and whereabouts of your package throughout the delivery process.

DAMAGED ITEM:
While we made every effort to handle your order with utmost care, occasionally it may sustain damage during transit. Kindly provide us with a photo of the packaging tube and the damaged print.
Once we verify the damage, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Customs and Taxes:
Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be settled by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's customs regulations to avoid any unexpected charges or delays.
