These patterns are NOT designed to be sized up or down. I use 14 count Aida in the pieces as it is the most common size of Aida and is easy to use for beginners.
However, If you would like your piece to be bigger, I suggest stitching on a smaller sized Aida (i.e 10ct) with more than 2 threads. If you have any questions, feel free to message me and I'll help you as best I can!

Great kit for a nervous beginner like me! My only comment is that the lengths of thread were a little stingy so on the colours with very few stitches, I could barely secure the end.
