I accept cancellations up till the time the item is shipped. If you request a cancellation after you get a notice that a label was purchased and the package is being shipped, I cannot cancel nor refund the order and you will need to cover original as well as return shipping to return the item.

I do not do exchanges. If an item does not work for you, you may return it and I will refund you for the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost. You can reorder the item you want.

If you are not happy with your new item, I will be happy to refund the cost of the item (minus original shipping charges, this includes free shipping orders since the original shipping has to be paid for). When returning your item(s) please be sure to use a bubble mailer or box it was sent in (or one similar) and ship the package first class (not machine rate) to ensure there is no damage to the product. International orders are shipped via USPS 1st class international mail and per USPS guidelines, delivery times range between 10-21 business days. This can be even longer if your package is held up in customs, sometimes as much as 6 weeks. If the purchase is time sensitive, please purchase PRIORITY mail.

If your package is returned to me due to incorrect address, or for any other non-deliverable reason, I will refund the cost of the item (minus original shipping charges, this includes free shipping orders since the original shipping has to be paid for). I do not resend orders.

Once a package is marked DELIVERED by the Post Office you would need to deal directly with the Post Office to find out what happened and what to do. I do not refund packages marked as DELIVERED.
