• SHIPPING •
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided on your Etsy Order. Please check that the address is correct before checking out. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to completion of the purchase.


• RETURNS AND EXCHANGES •
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you with instructions on mailing your package back to us. ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES COME AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. All jewelry must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with unopened packaging. Piercing jewelry is NOT returnable due to sanitation reasons.
We have the right to deny a return if the returned jewelry does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.


• LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES •
We do not accept any packages in which the integrity has been compromised or shows clear signs of having been opened and resealed. The only authority allowed to open the package during transit is local customs. All packages opened by local customs will be sealed with the corresponding stamp of the company.


• RETURNED MAIL •
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers. We are not compensated the price of shipping if a package gets refused by customer, address is invalid, or the USPS carrier isnt able to deliver for any reason. Therefore, we will not reship the package at our expense.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order, as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:

1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The parcel is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.

We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, we will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping fee as well as handling costs before sending the package out again.


• CUSTOMS & DUTIES •
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be applied at their country's borders. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs or issues with postal services. International shipment expected delivery times are calculated by Etsy at checkout, we do not know how long it takes for packages to reach other countries.
