- If you're not sure with sizing you can send us your information you want to get help before placing an order.
- For complex custom request, we will charge an extra 50% of the item cost.
- Please note that actual colors may slightly vary due to your computer resolution and monitor color settings.

■ Care instructions
-With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Cotton/ Linen washing option. Best to hand-wash with cold water.
-Iron/steam on the wrong side (the inside), only with Cotton/Linen washing option. Hang flat to dry - Please do not dry with Dryer.

■ Return & Exchanges
We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
-Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
-Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
-Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
-Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
-Returns must be sent back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam
-Refund is issued within 72 hours if all required conditions are applied
-Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20% - 40% restocking fee

■ Exchanges
- If the new item is a different product (including a different color), there might be a price difference to exchange.
- We will return and exchange free of charge if the product has a manufacturing defect.
