Please check your personal measurements against those given, allowing for wriggle room, before purchase. This could save you time and money as you may otherwise have to pay return postage if the fit isn't right.

A handy tip is to measure a garment from your existing wardrobe to ascertain fit or take your own measurements, using a dressmaker's tape measure, and carry these with you when shopping for vintage clothing.

Layaway: Is offered on higher priced items and deposits are non-refundable.

Reserving an item: Please choose this option only if you are certain you wish to purchase the item on hold.

All garments are either professionally cleaned or gently hand washed before they are listed to ensure they are ready to wear.

The exception to this is with certain older items, which may be left untouched or are gently steam cleaned.

I strive to sell good quality vintage items but please bear in mind the age of the garments. Any flaws, no matter how small, are mentioned in the individual listings.

Buyers are encouraged to read the FAQ on sizing & to check their personal & garment measurements before purchase.

Refunds

The shop offers no quibble refunds based on the following:

* Please contact the shop to cancel your item within 14 days of delivery.

* Items should be returned to the shop within 30 days of receipt of goods - in the same condition in which they were originally dispatched to the buyer.

* Buyers pay return postage (unless otherwise agreed).

If returning an item from abroad please state clearly 'RETURNED GOODS, NO TAX TO PAY' on the outer envelope. If you have not done this and UK customs charge tax you will have this taken off your full refund amount.
