Do we do custom orders?

Yes we do, please contact us and send us as many details as you can. Also if you have a picture of what you are wanting or for inspiration please send that as well.

Do we use powder coat?

Yes we do, each piece is powder coated.

What is your lead time?

We make each piece to order, and our lead time is 2 weeks. We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How small can we cut?

All depends on the detail of the item needed. For more questions please contact us and we will be glad to help you.

Maximum would be 32 inches by 46 inches

What thickness metal do we use?

Typically we use 1/16th inch but for yard stakes and bigger pieces we use 1/8th inch.

What hardware to use to hang the piece?

We do not provide the hardware to hang your piece, but you can use nails or screws to hang it. With the heavier pieces you may need to use anchors first. We have not tried any of the command products, but you could try that. They also hang siding hooks for siding walls outside.

Please keep in mind with the Rust Treatment, each piece comes out a little different color and texture wise. After we rust them, we powder coat them with a clear coat.

We do make each piece to order, and our lead time is 2 weeks. You can either do the free shipping which is through USPS, or you can pay $12 for shipping through UPS. Please keep in mind USPS has been running behind and is having delays with some packages. If you choose USPS, please be patient if your package gets delayed. As long as it is moving, USPS says it will eventually get to you.

If you see your package is at a standstill in shipping, please message us and let us know and we can file a missing package inquiry and see if that will move things along.

Once it leaves our hands and goes into the hands of USPS and UPS, we cannot control what happens after that.

If your package gets damaged in shipping, please message us and we can either remake the piece for you or give you a 50% refund on the piece. You will need to supply pictures of the damaged piece (full pictures and upclose) as well as pictures of the packaging so we can file a claim through USPS or UPS.

We do our very best to pack the pieces in the best and saftest manner to get them to you and add several fragile stickers, but unfortunately sometimes the delivery person is not the easiest on the packages.

We do not offer cancellations as we do start to work on your order as soon as we receive the order. The first steps being we start to design your order which does take time.
