Delivery and Processing

Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. With flower preservation and memorial work these may take up to 14 weeks however I reserve the right to extend this if needed, I do not rush these items. For international shipping delivery times vary depending on where you are ordering from its are not sent tracked as standard. All flower preservation and cremation keepsake items dispatched to the UK are posted either signed for or tracked 24. Regular resin items such as coasters are sent first class. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Flowers need to be dried before they are encased in resin. Flowers are dried using quality silica sand however some may shrink, change shape or dry slightly darker. This process takes up to 3 weeks. In rare cases flowers may go brown whilst drying, this is unfortunately out of my control and is down to how they have been handled before I receive them. White flowers tend to dry a cream to yellow colour. Pinks and reds darken. Light pinks fade. I advise flowers to be sent next day delivery guaranteed with ROYAL MAIL. Most flowers need to be sent within 5 days of the event anything after than that may start to rot or brown. Drying will be significantly effected.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure casting of flowers goes as smoothly as possible working with resin can be unpredictable. We use high quality casting resin and with the proper care will stay beautiful for a number of years. Despite all efforts, air bubbles during casting are unavoidable and not seen as a fault in finished items. If you are sending your own flowers please send some spares as sometimes things may not go as planned. Whilst every effort is made to ensure drying and casting is to the highest of quality I cannot be held responsible for things that are beyond my control, such as the treatment of flowers before they are in my possession which may effect the drying process. Customers send these items at their own risk.

Flower Preservation items are designed to be viewed from the front, the majority of my work is front facing art – sometimes due to the size of the flowers the back of the piece is not as neat or smooth as the front. Please check the sizing of your items against the flowers. All photos of items are examples only. Every piece and every set of flowers are different, if you have a particular flower you would like casting please message me when you order otherwise I will use a selection of the best. During the first 30 days do not expose items to heat or water. Resin items will yellow if exposed to direct sunlight, do not display on a windowsill/in a conservatory. Do not clean with harsh chemicals or abrasives.
